I thought there was some clue with "full-frontal" and the set of * like 1,2,4,3 but i tried all forms of it in sequence from all 4 directions and it did nothing, tried other combinations of what i thought it could be and nothing. Maybe there is another piece i am not understanding from the words or dialog
the first words at the bottom are press start, then i used those letters to figure out that the 7 lines at the code said then then just translated as i went
but again, without the code there isnt much going on
This seems like it could be interesting, but unfortunately I have no clue where to start. The only thing I've managed to discover is that if you spam the arrow keys during the initial puzzle, you can get the cursor stuck, offset from the grid.
I think I spent over two hours trying to figure out how to progress... I failed...
At first I thought there was a cypher, so I compiled all the words that looked strange in the games description, and tried finding a pattern. That failed...
Then I thought that the words in the game used latin characters... I think I was wrong...
So then I tried to brute force the first puzzle like a dumbass, glitched the game a couple times to the point I had to restart, all to finally... fail...
(I'm just a dumb. gay, horny idiot, who draws NSFW on Twitter, I have no clue what I'm doing...😭)

Can't figure it out, nor find a manual. Kinda useless game if you can't understand it.
